AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI ON A CALL FOR FULL REPRESENTATION OF NIGER DELTA (NONVIOLENT) YOUTHS IN ALL DIALOGUES AIMED AT THE DRASTIC DEVELOPMENT OF NIGER DELTA AND IMPROVING PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE AND WELLBEING OF IT'S PEOPLE.

The youths are the Vision bearers of tomorrow and as such need full participation and to be engaged in the decision making today and choices of development especially for our region and future. Our present leaders today will age and pass on and we (youths) will grow to fill in those gaps and ills created.
The Niger Delta Youths in general are also feeling the same pain and rift of development that made the Niger Delta Avengers to surface and pick up arms (again) or never dropped their arms during the first amnesty regime; we only deem it that diplomatic and intellectual approach will serve better safety results for the Nigeria Nation and the Niger Delta. However, does not mean we can't operate these machines if we chose to, but the truth is everyone can't toe same footsteps. Here we are!
We are therefore, through this medium calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to have an urgent "double-rethink" to immediately involve the youths of Niger Delta in his dialogues and negotiations targeted at the goodwill of the Niger Delta and its people. Those who represent the Niger Deltans do not bear the active grievances of the youths, hence our consensus for the Niger Delta will never be fully represented. And any move by the Federal Government and President Buhari to ignore the request of the Niger Delta Youths who have chose Peaceful Agitation other than Violence and economic disasters is only a call for tragic episodes more perilous than the Avengers to the Nigerian Nation. Any dialogue or negotiation between the Nigerian Government and any group of Niger Deltans whether Governors or Stakeholders from the Niger Delta (not involving legitimate youths) will be considered a coupe to overturn, submerge and perish the region and a Blackmail to the Niger Delta and its people by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Moreso, any act of mal-representation of Niger Delta Youths in dialogues/negotiations will leave us with no choice than to seek legal interventions against the Federal Government of Nigeria within and internationally. We are presently citizens of Nigeria as much as we don't know what the future holds and still remain timely Nigerians, we must live as full citizens of Nigeria in every of our today and not as a rejected sub-sect.
We want to say that we are ready to engage the Nigerian Government in a more intellectual and diplomatic war where it refuses to see Niger Deltans as humans, we don't mind to be called the "Intellectual Niger Delta Avengers". It is only a Breed of monsters that will rise to submerge the Nigerian Nation at its fate as the fight against Avengers is only creating more Avengers by increasing awareness to the people of Niger Delta and awakening our slumbered youths to take drastic actions about their futures.
However, when we say Niger Delta Youths; we do not mean the cohorts of President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressive Congress (APC) who are out for self enrichment and cheap blackmail over the Niger Delta Nationality and its people. We mean youths from outspoken organisations representing the full interest and ideals of Niger Delta and its people and not some sort of arranged representatives by the Federal Government. Those who know themselves as not representing the true course of Niger Deltans should continue to know themselves and stay clear from any form of dialogue or negotiations that represents the interests of the common Niger Deltan. We are out to defend, protect and promote the interests and needs of the common Niger Deltan and Niger Delta as a sub-nation currently under Nigeria.
God Bless Niger Delta!!!
God Bless the People of Niger Delta!!!
